MERE’14 featured Mick Mountz as our keynote speaker. Mick graduated from MIT and Harvard Business School. After graduation, he worked in a number of Tech companies including Motorola, Apple and Webvan. In 2013, he founded Kiva Systems, with some of his Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) brothers at MIT days. Kiva makes mobile robots and was later acquired by Amazon. By combining expertise from different aspects of mechanical, electrical engineering and computer science, he has led the Kiva as the chief architect of their game-changing product vision.
